Our story
Countrywide Contractors was established on 23 July 1998 by the family who still run it today.
In the early years the business worked mainly as a subcontractor. Over time it moved to working direct for clients, as main contractor.
The work has grown with it. Today the group covers groundworks, civils and demolition, design and build, house building, car parks and drainage.
Our golf course work grew into a business of its own. Countrywide Golf Contractors now handles bunker works for golf clubs, and it remains an important part of what we do.
That work includes the Capillary Flow bunker system, wash boxes and the new EdgeVantage system, installed for clubs across the country.
How we work
Business is personal. Our clients judge us on what we deliver, and so do we. We work in partnership with clients and their design teams from tender to completion.
We take care that our estimating is accurate, and we plan every job to keep your business running as normal while we work. That matters most in schools, public buildings and retail environments.
When a project is finished, we stay on hand. Every job comes with post completion support.
We value honesty, reliability and good service, and we take pride in what we achieve.
