A bespoke new build home often starts long before the first drawing. It can begin with a purchase option agreement on a site, subject to planning.
From there we run the design and build process, obtain the planning permission and purchase the site, then build and complete the houses, ready for you to turn the key and move in.

We offer a full design and build service, guiding clients smoothly through the entire building process.
We work closely with our clients from the initial concept and design through to construction and completion, so that individual requirements and budgets are met.
We work with Sherwood Architects on full design and specification, and we look after planning permission and building control alongside them.
A 10 year structural warranty
Every Countrywide Contractors home is built with the benefit of a 10 year structural warranty.
We work with leading structural warranty providers, including Premier Guarantee, which gives our clients added peace of mind and protection for their new home.
What we are building now
Our current development is two four bedroom houses on land to the rear of 126 Aldenham Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire, built for Neary Estates Ltd. The houses are designed with Sherwood Architects and planning permission has been granted.
We will add photographs as the build progresses.
